In this article, we tell you everything about the new cancellation system on Cocolis!
The missing Cocolis cancellation? 🕵🏻♀️
You probably noticed that for some time, it was no longer possible to cancel a delivery on the site if the pickup date was too close.
That's because during this time, we reworked our cancellation system to offer you a solution that better meets your needs.
Yes, cancellations on Cocolis have had a makeover!
Because a cancellation is always a bit annoying, we wanted to improve your experience on the site to make the system more accessible and cover more scenarios.
From now on, you can cancel a shipment or delivery on Cocolis very easily, directly from your Cocolis conversation between sender and co-carrier.
New cancellation – How it works
From the conversation, click on “I have a problem” at the bottom right of the screen, then “I want to cancel the delivery“.
You can then choose the reason that best matches your situation.
Depending on the situation, we can:
- put the ad back online and at the top of the results so it can quickly find a new carrier
- delete the ad
- ask the other party to confirm the reason for the cancellation

Why a new cancellation system on Cocolis?
We noticed that sometimes, for example, the carrier may have travelled and not been able to collect or deliver an item. This can happen if the item does not match the information in the ad or in other special circumstances.
In this case, the new cancellation system on Cocolis allows users to request a cancellation and quickly inform the Cocolis team in the event of a disagreement about the reason for the cancellation.
Cocolis can then contact both parties to proceed with the fairest possible cancellation and in accordance with our Terms of Use.
