Cocolis gets a facelift!


It all started in 2015 for Cocolis, with a simple mission: to revolutionise peer-to-peer delivery. Since then, we’ve grown a lot. Thousands of retailers have been won over and have adopted our solution to deliver to their customers.


This growth has led us to reflect on what makes us strong and how we want to embody it. Today, we’ve become a benchmark in co-transportation. And that deserved a complete overhaul!


In 2023, we embarked on one of the biggest transformations since Cocolis was born. We reinvented our visual identity. The goal: to embody, through our brand, the unique experience we offer our users.


Today, we’re proud to present the new face of Cocolis, an identity that reflects not only who we are, but also what we want to offer you in the future.


A new image, matching our ambitions


It wasn’t just about modernising our logo or adding a few colours. No, we wanted every visual element to tell our story, to embody this evolution towards a bold and ambitious brand.


The process began with a phase of introspection. What are our values? How do we want to be perceived? The challenge was to translate this evolution while keeping the warm and human spirit that has always defined Cocolis. We explored several graphic directions to find the perfect balance between modernity and simplicity.


Over the months, we’ve built a universe that reflects us, where every colour, every shape and every icon has meaning. Nothing was left to chance!


A visual universe that matches our vision


The result is a vibrant visual identity, dynamic and resolutely future-focused.


Every visual element, from mascots to stickers, has been designed to create a connection with our users. This graphic universe, with accents inspired by the 80s, is here to remind you that behind every delivery, there are people exchanging, sharing and connecting. We wanted this identity to breathe boldness, while remaining accessible and modern.


This new visual identity reflects our ambition: to make Cocolis the go-to delivery solution in Europe!

A redesigned user experience, made for you


Behind every colour and every illustration, there’s a desire to improve the experience you have on our platform, whether on our website or the Cocolis app. We wanted our interface to not only look good, but to serve you, to make your daily life easier.


The work on UX/UI was a real collaborative adventure. We observed, listened and analysed your feedback. We adopted a user-centred approach. What worked well? Where could we do even better?


The idea wasn’t just to add features, but to strengthen what has always been at the heart of our approach: simplicity. This redesign allowed us to take this promise even further.


An interface that combines simplicity and accessibility


Streamlined menus, more visible buttons, clear and intuitive navigation: every element of our interface has been designed to offer a smooth and natural experience.


At the same time, we’ve also made accessibility a key area for improvement. From colours with suitable contrasts, to text that’s readable by everyone, to interactions designed to feel natural: we’re doing everything we can to make Cocolis more and more accessible to everyone.


More direct communication, a stronger brand


This redesign also marked a turning point in the way we communicate with you. We took the time to rethink every word, every sentence, so they better embody what Cocolis is today.


We wanted our voice to reflect the experience you have with Cocolis – simple and human. We had to streamline, simplify and above all, align every message with our values.


Every message has been carefully crafted to strengthen this bond of trust. Simplicity and transparency are key to creating an authentic relationship with our users. This redesign is the result of that thinking: direct communication, no frills, straight to the point.


A voice that sounds like you


This work on communication reflects a brand that has grown, matured and strives to stay close to you. We wanted to embody this transition to a stronger brand without losing that closeness.


Every interaction with Cocolis, whether through an email, a notification or a message on social media, now has that same clarity and warmth. We’re not just looking to inform you, but to support you, to create an ongoing dialogue that strengthens our relationship.
