With Jobbons, individuals help each other

As part of a partnership, we met Clémence Kayser, founder of Jobbons.com, a platform that connects individuals. Some need a helping hand, while others have specific skills and/or free time to help. We wanted to introduce you to her project.

The French are fans of collaborative consumption: 50% of the population has already used a collaborative practice. Almost anything can be rented, exchanged, or shared online, even skills and free time, thanks to jobbing.

What is “jobbing”?

Jobbing is the practice of having small tasks carried out by an individual, for payment. For many tasks, jobbing is a cheap and friendly solution.

Jobbons.com lets you delegate chores and find help for your projects. Jobbers are rated after each job, so there’s no more worry about trusting a stranger.

For example: find extra hands for a move, a neighbour to deliver your groceries if you’re unable to, a trustworthy person to look after your dog during the holidays, a handyman to connect your washing machine or repair your computer, and so on.

How does Jobbons work?

The platform is very easy to use. Need a helping hand?

1/ Create your account for free

2/ Post your ad

Post your ad explaining what you need and the budget you’re offering. You can choose to pay online or in person at the job location. In this case, you’ll only pay Jobbons its 10% commission.

3/ Choose your “Jobber”

Choose from the candidates for your job by checking their profiles and previous ratings.

4/ Rate your “Jobber”

Once the service is completed, rate and leave your feedback.
