Save a landline phone number!

You're now used to using our services, aren't you? 😝
As you know, we often optimise the user experience thanks to your valuable feedback.
So here is one of our latest improvements:
At the time of booking, the user enters the sender's and recipient's details: name, address, and phone number.
But not just any type of number!
Until now, a mobile number was required even for the sender… 😤
Some of you were blocked at this step imposed by our system.
This was especially the case for our business customers who did not use a mobile number.
But it was also the case for those of you buying at auction houses.
Indeed, as they do not have a mobile number, you were faced with a field you could not fill in for the sender.
So we took your suggestions into account and our tech and product teams worked to improve our service.
☎️ You got it: It is now possible to enter a landline phone number in the delivery information for the sender only.
