What is AnotherChef?
AnotherChef is a new home chef service that allows food enthusiasts from around the world to cook their country’s specialities in their clients’ homes.
This service already brings together more than 30 chefs in Paris, Lille and Bordeaux, and offers over 20 destinations: Thailand, Vietnam, Algeria, Italy, Brazil, Portugal, Lebanon, Turkey, Venezuela… It’s the perfect opportunity to invite friends over without having to prepare anything and to travel the world for the duration of a meal.
How was the AnotherChef concept born?
The concept was born from a couscous dinner that the founder, Audrey Vasseur, wanted to organise for her loved ones. She could have cooked it herself, but she realised there were probably excellent cooks around her who could offer her an authentic couscous like the ones you find in Morocco.
That’s how the idea for AnotherChef was born: to allow amateur cooks from all backgrounds to share their delicious food as a home chef service. The chefs offer authentic, family-style world cuisine, and clients enjoy a convenient and gourmet service for the price of a restaurant!

How does it work? How can you book a chef?
AnotherChef is a collaborative platform where chefs offer their menus, which clients can order online. For example, you can order a couscous, cooked at home by a Moroccan or Algerian chef, or a delicious Pad Thai like in Thailand, a feijoada like in Brazil… The hardest part is choosing!
You simply indicate the date of the meal, the number of guests, and the time you want to eat. After a few exchanges with the team, the chef arrives on the day with all the ingredients, cooks on site, and leaves once the meal is ready and the kitchen is tidy.
