Sometimes Cocolis is confused with another company with a similar name: "Coco-colis", which specialises in selling lost parcels.
We are indeed two separate and very different companies!
Cocolis does not sell lost parcels. We facilitate delivery by connecting people who have space in their vehicle with those who need to send a heavy, fragile or bulky parcel.
As of today, we have no partnership with the company "Coco-colis" and therefore do not deliver their parcels.

The Cocolis Customer Service is very responsive whether by email or by phone, so you often end up contacting our team instead of contacting the “Coco-colis” customer service.
Unfortunately, our team will not be able to help you if you have made a purchase on the Coco-colis website.
Similarly, when you call our number, you will reach the Cocolis phone contact and not the Coco-colis phone contact.
